Yes and I think it is helping me with my gut issues plus my longtime sugar issue seems to have dissipated. I have lost weight as well. I've shared some with a friend who is a skeptic with change. I'll see her tomorrow and ask if she has tried it. I do need to order another batch. It's 45.00! Correct? I'm walking most days 10,000steps with a plan to increase in November. My foot has "pretty much" healed so I've been adding steps gradually. Bottom line I'm feeling good and I believe Sea Moss is helping. Avery simple change for the good. I had my 5 year colonoscopy today with great results. First time since my colo/rectal cancer in 1998 that I haven't shown any signs of polyps orinternal hemorrhoids. I've had many of these procedures during this time. I believe I can attribute this to Sea Moss!! My weight has gone from 147 to 132 for several reasons. Cutting way down on sugar (ice cream and chocolate),walking most everyday ( at least4+ miles, and replacing a meal with a protein shake, adding frozen fruits/veggies AND Sea Moss. Plus I feel great!
